- 2 males are not going to breed together, dude!
- TWO MALES CAN'T BREED TOGETHER! THEY WILL FIGHT TILL ONE KILLS THE OTHER ONE!
- they will fight and kill each other
- you cant breed 2 males theyll fight
- you know it takes a male and a female to breed right? two males will just fight.
- No. Not only are they the same sex, they are different breeds. The 'Golden' hamster will kill the other immediately. You cannot have a male in with another male, especially of a different breed.
- I'm sure I'm reading your question wrong but the way your question is worded it sounds like you want to put two males of different kinds of hamsters in the same cage so they will breed I really really hope that I'm just reading wrong. If what you meant to ask is something alone the lines of can I put the breeding pair in the same cage as a male of the other type, then that would make more sense. If so I wouldn't recommend it the golden male might attack the dwarf male and/or try to mate with the female. If you have the golden in a separate cage and put the breeding pair in the cage he normally uses then you might have the dwarf sniffing around trying to find him but they'd should be fine
- If you are breeding hamsters haven't you researched the breed. "Golden" is just a fake name for Syrian and they can not be housed with another animal as they will kill it. Why are you breeding if you have not done the research or have the space for the animals?
