What is the best kind of paint to use on a bird cage?
I have already sanded the cage by hand and got any loose paint off because the paint was chipping off really bad. I have also wiped the cage down really well to remove any left over dust from sanding the cage. Now I am ready to paint the cage. I've looked at different sites to see what is recommended but it seems like they all say different things. I just need to know what is the best paint to use on the cage for a Meyers parrot. Thanks

- simply look on ebayhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Build-and-Paint-a-Bird-House-Feeder-LOW-PRICE_W0QQitemZ160225785032QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item160225785032
- TRY LATEX-BASE PAINT.
- Rustolum Paint is used by many bird breeder's and store's. Do make certain it is done outside away from the bird and then left to dry totally before placing a bird in it. Other paint is paint that is safe ( Label Must State This to be true, so look for it) for children's furniture.
