Cage - I would like to build a 3 dog cage out of old bike frames. Advice?

I would like to build a 3 dog cage out of old bike frames. Advice?

A feature I would like to add is to have a pulley to lift the cage ten feet in the air so the dogs can see further away.

well if you plan on lifting your dogs into the air inside a cage built for three. you'd need an electrical wench to lift them , I presuming this is your plan? and as for the old bikes. you mean the frame for the pulley system to attach to the wench? do you have a cage already and just want to modify ? or are you talking about building from scratch? if prebuilt cage modified -you need to measure precut the bike parts and weld to cage. if not then your asking for a design im not sure i can help you with. but good luck.
