Hamster cage??

Theres A White stuff in the corner of the hamster cage what is it? i washed it well but it still there whats this??

1. I'm not entirely sure what this is, but I've seen it before too. It's from the combination of wood chips and urine. It's nothing to be overly concerned with. Soaking the cage bottom in 1/2 vinegar 1/2 water removes it.
