What is a perfect sized bird cage for a quaker parrot?

I was thinking about getting a quaker but i was wondering what a good sized bird cage is for a quaker parrot?

2. At a minimum the cage should be size should be 36" × 20" × 20". Of course bigger is better but the bar spacing should be no more than 5/8" apart. Make sure if you opt to purchase a used cage it has NOT been repainted, has no rust, and has been sanitized prior to placing your bird in it. 3. 4 feet long 2 feet wide minimum and maximum should not exceed your room door width and about 4 feet high would be a good minimum cage size for a pair of quakers. It is not "perfect" because most birds would prefer much much bigger accommodation. You can call it a 'perfect compromise'.
