Cage

Why did my neighbor's cat knock my bird cage down?

When I was going to eat at a resturant with my family, we forgot to take it back in the garage for a while. Then when we came back, it was like 9 or 8 something and what we found was shocking. The bird cage was knocked down and our bird was gone. What happend? Why did my neighbor's cat knock my bird cage down?

  1. because that is what cats do
  2. Why did you put your bird cage outside in the first place? If you can't take the noise, you shouldn't keep birds. Don't blame the cat. Blame yourself.
  3. Well, duh, when do you try to open a bag of chips?
  4. to eat the bird duh!
  5. Because it wanted to catch your bird. Cats are predators, and your bird, in a cage so it couldn't get away, was the perfect take out meal. It also may not have been your neighbour's cat. It could have been a larger bird, such as a crow or a hawk, who also had designs on eating your bird, who knocked the cage over.
