  1. The natural boundries that occur in South America. Wild animals should not be caged.
  2. You should always get the biggest cage available for your pets. Would you prefer living in your closet or having a room to call your own. Ferret cages are best for chinchillas. They like different levels to climb and are large enough for them to really exersize and play. I also suggest getting a book about chinchillas. There is lots of information you need to keep your pet happy and healthy. Also, books have to be fact checked while anyone can write anything on the internet. Good luck and have lots of fun with your chinchilla. P.S. Chinchillas are not wild animals, they have been domesticated for the fur industry and the pet trade.
  3. I love mexican food
  4. One with that dust in it! they are adorable!!! and soft!
  5. A chinchilla cage should be at least 1 foot tall and about 2 feet long and 15- 20 inches wide. If it has a plastic bottom and coated bars, it is a very good cage for a chinchilla. Just remember to add shelves for the chinchilla to jump on becase they need to have diferent levels to jump on due to the way they are built. Just make sure that there is no extra plastic sticking out that it can chew on. Other than that, your cage is good.
  6. We had a chinchilla in a rolling 4 story ferret cage with tunnels and stuff he loved it, would sleep in the hammock too! Then we got more of the tubes for ferrets and made a long run for him through our living room into the kitchen to a smaller cage so he could get food given to him when we make salads and such. HE loved running the length of it back and forth, great excersize for them too!
