What is the best kind of cage for a Syrian hamster?

I found this really cool cage on petsmart.com. It has two levels, the top level is wire, the bottom level is like an aquarium (without the water of course). The wheel, water bottle, and food dish is on the top floor. There are tunnels that lead to the bottom floor. I am planning to put bedding on the bottom floor. It is 11-20 inches tall. I don't have the hamster yet, but is this a good cage for a Syrian hamster? If not, then what would be a good cage? By the way, the cage is called Small Animal High Rise.

1. I had a hamster once. I got a cage from Petco and it was all wires, I guess sort of like the top level of the cage you're planning on getting and the first night I had him, he chewed his way out of the wire, there was on snapped. and he was loose and I couldn't find him. I took the cage back to Petco and they gave us all my money back (including what I paid for the hamster) and they just put that cage back on the shelf without fixing it. =/ We found him about 2 weeks later... But, if I were you I would get an aquarium type cage, unless you plan on giving him alot of wooden things to chew on.
