What is a cheap cage pet to keep? I really want a cage pet, whether it be fish, rodents, reptile, whatever, and I have a decent space for a cage. I was just wondering what type of pet I should get that is cheap considering upkeep and initial cost (can maybe get cages free). Please include how much you think it would cost to start and maintain. Cockatiels poo all over and I want to keep it near my computer.

How much is this type of pet "cage" worth? See more info...? We're buying a new house and the previous owners left a "fence/cage" type item in the back yard. We don't have pets, so we want to sell it... The fencing is 6 feet tall and there are 4 parts, each 12 feet long... so it creates a 12 x 12 square in the back yard. When I take my pet rabbit out of his cage, he jumps around crazy! Why is he doing this? He's alright in his cage, but when I take him out he like shakes his head and sometimes he like does this weird jump where he's like sideways! Why does a pet rabbit try to dig through the bottom of its cage constantly?
